Our Pledge To You We here at Oz2UKTackle understand many of your frustrations with other fishing stores where you place and order only to receive one or two of the items you have ordered with the rest to follow, you even end up with substituted stock for out of stock items which are not what you wanted. We only ship COMPLETE ORDERS in the fastest possible time! Whilst sometimes we may be out of stock of an item, we have next day delivery with all of our suppliers, so we can normally get your order out to you within a few days. If on a rare occasion an item is not in stock at the suppliers we will always keep you informed and offer you an alternative colour/size or lure before despatching your order. |
